Affiliate Forms for Gravity Forms allows you to easily create a custom registration for your affiliates by using the popular WordPress plugin Gravity Forms.
You can add any field to the affiliate registration form
Use the Gravity Forms default fields or the three new field types that have been added to the “AffiliateWP” group. With Gravity Forms you can drag-and-drop fields to reorder them, make certain fields mandatory, or label them as you wish.
Create a simple affiliate registration form
Your affiliate registration form only requires the email field. The WordPress username of the affiliate is created automatically if no username field is entered. If the password field is not added, an affiliate’s password will be automatically generated and sent to them via email.
Create a sophisticated affiliate registration form
Customize AffiliateWP email tags
You can create a new AffiliateWP email label by checking the “Create AffiliateWP Email Tag” box. This tag can be used in any AffiliateWP emails.
Review affiliates can see form submission data
When you review the application of an affiliate, you will see everything they have submitted.
You can view the registration of an affiliate at any time.
After an affiliate registers, they can view their original submission at any time by visiting the Affiliates – Edit Affiliate screen.
