The Reviews extension includes an option that encourages customers to submit reviews by giving them a discount code automatically after the review has been submitted. This will encourage customers both to leave reviews and to buy more items.

Request a Review

Emails sent automatically to customers after a successful purchase can help them leave feedback on the items they purchased. Emails can either be sent instantly after a purchase, or several days later.
The email sent to the customers can be completely customized so that the store owner has complete control over both the text and branding.

Integrating Submissions From Frontend
Reviews are aligned with Frontend Submissions, allowing all customers to provide feedback about the vendors.

Clients can review FES vendors if they produced some items after purchasing them. Store managers and suppliers can quickly identify what went well and what needs to be improved.

HTML5 Microdata – All product reviews contain HTML5 microdata to Schema.org. This allows Google and other search engine engines to display the reviews of products in their search results.
Word limits can be enforced – The content of a review is subject to minimum and maximum word counts. Minimum 50 words, maximum 200 words.
You can easily embed reviews in your posts and pages using the shortcodes or widgets that Reviews provides.
Close or disable reviews per download – You can close or disable reviews for each download. Disabling reviews will hide all reviews. Closed reviews prevent new reviews from being submitted.
