Description
Use the Conditional Logic plug-in to hide and show form fields based on user inputs.
The submit button in this example is hidden until “Terms and conditions” have been accepted.
You can then add logic to any of the fields by selecting Conditional Logic in the Advanced section.
The plugin also allows you to modify field values.
In this example, if you select the “Members” option from the list, the value of a field named “Discount”, is set to 10.
You can add logic after you have created the fields in your form by clicking on Conditional Logic, under the Advanced section of the form builder.
The plugin can also be used to add and remove items in a list field.
In this example, only when you select the “3rd Package”, will the option “Warranty ” be added to the list.
