You ever wished that a ticket would be created automatically every X days/months? This add-on will do exactly the same for you. Custom ticket fields allow you to create repeating tickets based on your requirements.
Both the ticket form and the agent-only fields are available.
E.g. You may need to create tickets for cleaning, maintenance or other tasks if you manage multiple sites. Every x days/months, starting at the date you choose.
