WooCommerce Role-O-Matic

Description

The WooCommerce role-o-matic plugin (WCRA), is a powerful plugin that allows shop admins to create “assignment rule” that assigns dynamically roles to customers based on the amounts spent within the configured time period or according to purchased products. This tool is very useful as it can be used in conjunction with WooCommerce Pricing. This plugin (or any other 3rd-party plugin) allows you to assign dynamic discounts or prices based on the roles assigned.
How it works
It is very simple. Once the plugin is installed and activated, the new voice “WooCommerce role-o-Matic” will appear on the main menu. From there the admin can access the Amounts Configurator or Products Configurator menus to configure the “role-assignment rules”.
The Amounts Configurator allows you to define rules that will assign roles based on the amount of money spent during the time period configured (excluding taxes), according to user roles, the minimum amount (and optionally the maximum amount) spent, and restrictions for products/categories.

The plugin checks if there is a “amount rule” that matches the amount and time spent on the order. The rule assignment can optionally be delayed by specifying another date when the role assignment must take place.
The Products configurator allows you to assign roles based on the products purchased. After the order has been placed, the customer will receive the rules that are associated with the purchased products. Further, expiration dates, product purchase restrictions and more can also be configured.

It is a great way to manage subscriptions.
