PayPal accounts can be opened by anyone, and they don’t require credit cards to open them.

PayPal used to be geo-restricted but now it is available in over 190 countries. If you do not already have one, you can get one. There are no set-up fees and you don’t need a merchants account. Automated transactions, however, require a PayPal Business account.

This extension allows you to combine PayPal and WPAdverts using the same framework as PayPal (PayPal Payments Standard or PPS). All transactions are done on PayPal’s website, and not yours.

Instant Payment Updates (IPN) are required to be sent to your website since the payment is made on PayPal’s page. It is easy to set up an IPN.
