Moderation Queue – Reported Items Actions:
View Item This button will bring you to the item’s page.
This button is only visible for items that have not been hidden by the reporter.
Restore Item : This button is available for items that have been hidden. Once you click on it, the item will become visible and any restrictions placed on the user will be removed.
Delete Item: Permanently delete the item reported from the site.
Delete Item & Penalize Author: Delete permanently the item reported from the site, and apply component restrictions.
Mark Author as Spammer: By clicking this button, the user will be prevented from logging in again and his comments and posts will also be hidden.
Mark Author as Not Spammer : This button will disable account spammer status, and it will work normally again.
Bulk actions (processing the same action on multiple items at once) in the Moderation queue
Mark authors as spammers, mark them not as spammers, delete items and close reports.
